Eli & Abby Manning Birthing Center Ad

It was announced a few months back, NFL Quarterback Eli Manning and his wife Abby were donating enough money to a new birthing center at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan.В  Yes, you read it right… a birthing center.В  It would become known as the Eli & Abby Manning Birthing Center.

Under Armour signs deal with Auburn University

Under Armour is spending money like its nothing in… After they extended to a six-year deal with the University of South Carolina for $19 million; they sign Dallas Cowboys Wide Receiver Miles Austin to an endorsement deal; then they go ahead and sign Baltimore Ravens Wide Receiver Anquan Boldin to an sponsorship agreement; and now, Under Armour has signed a five-year deal with Auburn University worth $10.6 million, making the company the official outfitter of the school’s athletic teams beginning next summer. Under Armour also outfits the Univ. of Maryland football team and has relationships with the U.S. ski team, MLB, the NHL and MLS

Marvel Takes Over ESPN Magazine for NBA Preview Issue

Taxes: Why Magic REALLY Sold His Share of the Lakers

HAHA Obama! Trying to raise taxes on the Magic Man?

This week, it was announced that Magic Johnson sold his 5% stake in the Lakers to billionaire biotech investor and long-time Lakers season ticket holder Patrick Soon-Shiong, the 46th-richest individual in the country, according to Forbes magazine.

However, a source not authorized to speak publicly has said that Earvin “Magic” Johnson has also sold 105 of his Starbucks franchises back to the Starbucks company.

Magic’s long-time agent Lon Rosen said: “it was a very smart business decision on Earvin’s part [to sell].” Keep reading to understand why it was.

NFL Standout Inks deal with Boombah

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster has signed an endorsement deal with Boombah, a shoe and apparel brand based out of Illinois.

But what is Boombah? What started out as a softball company is now branching out to other sports, which will eventually include football cleats for Foster. According to the company website, the ‘Boom’ refers to the really loud noise of a softball hit by a bat, while the ‘bah’ is the peoples reactions to the loud noise from the softball hit.

This deal adds to Fosters rosters of signed deals already with FedEx, EA Sports, ProTips4U, and his recent signing of an autograph card deal with Panini.
