Adidas Signs 5 Incoming NFL rookies during a Lockout?

I’m sure most of you have heard by now ofВ Adidas launching its largest В marketingВ campaign in the brand’s history, dubbed “All adidas.” В This campaign showcases adidas’ distinctive presence across different cultures and lifestyles fusing the world of sports, music and fashion, and will feature stars such asВ David Beckham, Katy Perry, Lionel Messi and NBA MVP-Candidate Derrick Rose.

But did you know adidas has also announced endorsement deals with 5 incoming NFL Rookies. В That’s right, whether there will be an NFL season or not, adidas has agreed to endorse Nebraska defensive back Prince Amukamara, Oklahoma running back DeMarco Murray, Boise State receiver Titus Young, Notre Dame tight end Kyle Rudolph, and Troy receiver Jerrel Jernigan.

They’ll wear adidas shoes along with other adidas athletes in the NFL:  Eric Berry of the Chiefs, C.J. Spiller of the Bills, Reggie Bush of the Saints, Mario Williams of the Texans, and Lawrence Timmons of the Steelers.

Not bad for these players headed into a league that is projected to have a lockout for the 2011 NFL season…
